Important service information

It is possible to achieve up to 8mb download and 448k upload speeds on our service. Actual speeds are based on the quality of your telephone line, distance, and contention within your local exchange.

If you are switching from a BT-based provider (BT, AOL, Tiscali, TalkTalk), you can migrate to our service free. If your broadband is delivered via LLU, you will have to cease your current service and reactive with us, this is a one-off fee charged one-off at £49.

"Peak time" is Monday - Sunday 9am - Midnight. "Off-Peak" is Midnight - 9am Monday to Sunday. Your upload allowance is unlimited.
